It resets monthly. - Past the pool the default is to pause agents, with warnings at 70% and 90% first. Nothing charges on its own. - MCP and API reads are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Agentic work draws from the plan's monthly credits: investigations, autofixes, pull request reviews. - Overage (Scale and above, opt-in): off by default. Turn it on and extra usage is metered in credit blocks under a monthly cap you set; agents stop at the cap. - Bring-your-own-key usage never bills through Polylane; you pay your provider directly. - There is no separate investigation quota: the credit pool is the bound. A workspace can set a minimum severity, below which a confirmed issue waits for a person to start the investigation. - A Free workspace nobody has used for ten days pauses background monitoring (scheduled checks, key query discovery, the weekly digest) after a warning email, and resumes on any human action. Pull request reviews, alert triage and chat keep working. Paid plans are never paused. - Repos and integrations are unlimited on every plan. - Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, then the workspace moves to Free. - Annual billing is monthly minus 20%.
